What it does

This giveaway entry form shows visitors what they can win and how long they have to join.

Then it lets them enter with just their email.

Use it to launch a product, thank your followers, or bring new visitors to your shop.

People love a chance to win, and a prize they can see, with its real value and a real deadline, makes them want to enter now. And with each entry you get a new contact email, which has a better chance to lead to future sales.

It can show:

  • the prize photos, its name and a "Worth" tag
  • a live countdown or the end date
  • one email field and the button to enter
  • an opt-in (a box people tick themselves to say yes) for your newsletter
  • a rules line that always says "No purchase necessary", with a link to your official rules (the full terms of your giveaway)
  • a button to copy the link and share it

The instructions tell your AI to send every entry straight to the email tool you use, like Mailchimp or Brevo. And if you don't have one connected yet, your AI will help you pick one and connect it, with no code to write.

Pick your prize, your end date and your rules with the options above. Then copy the prompt (the instructions your AI follows) with the copy button and paste it in your AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, whatever you use). It will build the form to match your site's style, colors and fonts, using the options you picked above.

How it works

  1. A visitor sees the prize first, with its photos and a "Worth" tag showing its real value, so they know right away what they could win.

  2. The countdown under the title shows the time left to enter, and it runs to your real end date, so they know how long they have.

  3. They type their email in the field, the only thing they need to give to enter.

  4. They click the button to enter, and the form tells them "You're in! Good luck."

  5. The rules line says when the winner is drawn, so they know what happens next.

  6. If they try again with the same email, they see "You're already entered", so each person counts once and the draw stays fair.

  7. They can tick the newsletter box if they want your news, but it's never needed to enter, so it follows the GDPR (the EU's privacy law).

  8. They can copy the link to share the giveaway with friends, and sharing never gives them an extra entry, which keeps the draw fair for everyone.

  9. Once the giveaway is over, the form says "This giveaway has ended", and the field and the button can't be used anymore, so nobody enters after the deadline.

What you can customize

  • Layout: pick Prize beside the form, with the prize card on one side and the form on the other, or One card, with the prize on top and the form under it, which fits a narrower spot on your page. We put the prize beside the form by default, because a big prize photo is what makes people want to enter. And on phones, the prize card comes first, then the form.
  • Prize: type what you're giving away. Or leave it empty and your AI will find the prize in your project, like on your giveaway page or in your notes, and only ask you if it can't find it.
  • Prize value: type what the prize is worth, and it shows in the "Worth" tag. Or leave it empty and your AI will add up the real retail price of each item, and only ask you if it can't find them.
  • Currency: by default, your AI will find the currency your prices already use in your project, and only ask you if it can't find it. If you prefer, pick the US dollar, the euro or the British pound yourself, or choose Other and type yours in the Your currency field that shows up.
  • Giveaway end: pick a live countdown or a line with the end date, so visitors know how long they have to enter. We show the countdown by default.
  • End date: pick the last day of your giveaway in the calendar. Then flip the "Giveaway running" and "Giveaway ended" switch on the preview to see what visitors get once it's over. Your AI will use the exact end time and time zone from your official rules, and only ask you if it can't find them.
  • Rules line: write the short rules people see under the form, like who can enter and how the winner is picked. Our prompt will have your AI always start it with "No purchase necessary", so everyone knows entering is free. Or leave it empty and your AI will write it from your official rules, and ask you for anything it can't find.
  • Rules page link: paste the address of your official rules page. Or leave it empty and your AI will find it in your project, and if you don't have one yet, it will tell you and offer to draft it from the facts you confirm, for you to review. It will also check the giveaway rules where you run it and tell you what applies, but you always decide.
  • Newsletter checkbox: you can show a box people tick if they also want your news and offers, or hide it. It starts unticked and is never needed to enter, which is what the GDPR (the EU's privacy law) asks for, and it means your list only gets people who really want your emails. We show it by default.
  • Share button: you get to decide if visitors see a "Copy the link to share" button. Sharing never gives an extra entry, because Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram) doesn't allow it in promotions on its apps, and it keeps the draw fair. We show it by default.
  • Button text: write what the button says, in your own words. Or leave it empty and your AI will write a short one that says what entering does, and ask you if it's not sure.

The form doesn't pick the winner for you. Once your giveaway ends, our prompt will have your AI suggest a simple, fair way to draw one at random from the entries in your email tool.
