Good reasons to contact us

  • You saw a design you want in the library. A button, a popup, a pricing table, anything a website needs. Send us a link and we'll take a look.
  • You have an idea to make the site better. We're open to all feedback.
  • Something is broken. A page that won't load, a prompt that won't copy, a payment that went wrong.
  • You found a mistake in a guide, or a design that doesn't match its preview.
  • A prompt didn't give you what you expected. Tell us which design and what was off, and we'll improve the prompt to fix it.
  • You have a question about your subscription that the pricing page doesn't answer.
  • You want to say thanks. We read those too, more than once.

Bad reasons to contact us

  • "Can you build my whole website?" No. We give you the prompts, your AI does the building. That's the whole idea.
  • "Can I get a refund?" No refunds. You can cancel anytime, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • "Can you make this design free?" We don't take requests for that. Every day, the 10 most copied designs are free in the Freebies section, and you can copy 10 prompts for free from there. No account needed.
  • "Can we talk on the phone or chat live?" There's no phone and no live chat. Email is our whole support desk, and it works.
  • "When is the next design coming?" This week. New designs are added every week, and the New page shows the latest 20.
