Good reasons to contact us
You saw a design you want in the library. A button, a popup, a pricing table, anything a website needs. Send a link and we'll take a look.
You have an idea to make the site better. The search, the shelves, the guides, we want to hear it.
Something is broken. A page that won't load, a prompt that won't copy, a payment that went wrong.
You found a mistake in a guide, or a design that doesn't match its preview.
You have a question about your subscription that the pricing page doesn't answer.
You want to say thanks. We read those too, more than once.
Bad reasons to contact us
"Can you build my whole website?" No. We give you the prompts, your AI does the building. That's the whole idea.
"My AI made something strange from the prompt." That's between you and your AI. Paste the prompt again, or try another AI tool. We don't fix what their AI produces.
"Can I get a refund?" No refunds. You can cancel anytime, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
"Can you make this design free?" We don't take requests for that. Every day the 10 most copied designs are free, and the list changes with what people copy.
"Can we talk on the phone or chat live?" There's no phone and no live chat. Email is our whole support desk, and it works.
"When is the next design coming?" This week. New designs are added every week, and the New page shows the latest 20.
