Terms and Conditions

CopyDesign gives you access to a library of AI prompts.
Each prompt describes a web design in detail.
You paste the prompt into your own AI tool, and that tool rebuilds the design for your site or app.

We provide the prompts. You provide the AI.
We do not generate designs for you, host your projects, or run any AI on your behalf.

Some items in the library are marked as freebies.
Those are available to everyone, no account required.
Everything else requires an account and an active subscription.

You need a valid email address to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
If you believe someone else has accessed your account, tell us on our contact page.

The subscription is billed monthly through Stripe.
Stripe handles all payment processing.
We never see or store your card details.

The price for new members starts at $1 per month and rises by $1 for every 100 members who join.
The current price is always displayed on the site before you subscribe.

The price you pay when you subscribe is your price for as long as you stay continuously subscribed.
It will never increase, regardless of what new members pay.

If you cancel and later rejoin, you rejoin at the price in effect at that time, not your old price.
Continuous subscription is what keeps your rate.

You can cancel anytime from your account.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You keep access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

This is a self-serve product at a self-serve price.
We do not provide customer support, onboarding, or help using the prompts.
If something on the site is broken, you can report it on our contact page, and we will fix issues as we can, but we make no response-time commitment.

You may use the prompts for your own projects, personal or commercial.
Designs you generate with your own AI tools are yours to use.

You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell the prompt library itself, in whole or in part.
You may not share your account.
Violating these rules is grounds for termination of your account without refund.

The prompts describe designs.
What your AI tool produces from them depends on that tool, its model, and your inputs.
We make no guarantee about the quality, accuracy, or fitness of any output. The service is provided as is.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MojoSons Media LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms.
When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
