Build a shine CTA button style for my website. Match my existing design system, colors, and fonts.

STRUCTURE
- One reusable CSS class applied to my primary call-to-action buttons and links. No markup changes beyond adding the class.
- The button is a full pill (fully rounded ends).

BEHAVIOR
- Raised look: a layered box-shadow so the button reads as pressable at a glance.
- A shine sweep: a skewed light gradient (a ::after pseudo-element) crosses the button every 4 seconds in a loop.
- On hover: the shadow deepens and the button brightens slightly (filter, not color swap). NEVER change the button's size, no scale, no padding shifts, nothing that moves the layout.

QUALITY AND HONESTY
- overflow hidden on the button so the shine never bleeds outside the radius.
- pointer-events none on the shine layer so clicks always reach the button.
- Respect prefers-reduced-motion: the shine animation turns off, the raised shadow stays.
- Apply the class ONLY to real interactive elements (links and buttons), never to decorative badges.

What it does

The shine button makes your most important button impossible to miss: it looks raised and pressable, and a soft strip of light sweeps across it on a loop. Movement pulls the eye, and this pulls it straight to the one thing you want clicked.

It ships as one reusable style rule you add to buttons you already have; no rebuilding anything.
