What it does

The chat launcher is the friendly corner bubble, minus the lies. It opens a little panel of your real contact channels, email, WhatsApp, phone, your contact page, instead of pretending a live agent is standing by. People forgive no live chat; they don't forgive fake live chat.

  • No fake online dots, no invented reply times, no stock-photo agents; honesty is enforced in the code.
  • Every row links out for real, to channels you actually answer.
  • A short greeting line of your own words tops the panel.
  • It positions itself so it never sits on top of your main buttons.
  • Keyboard visitors move into the panel and back out cleanly, no getting stuck.
  • It remembers being closed for the visit, so it never pesters.
  • No channels configured means no launcher.

How it works

  1. 1Pick the corner, bottom right or bottom left.
  2. 2Choose the panel contents, just your contact links, or links plus your true availability hours.
  3. 3Copy the prompt, the launcher's build notes in one block, into whichever AI you use.
  4. 4Fill in your real channels in the marked list, only ones you actually answer; each row gets an icon, a label, and a link.
  5. 5Open and close it as a test: the X, a click outside, and Escape should all close it, and it should stay closed as you browse.
  6. 6Check your phone: the panel should span the width comfortably, every channel row an easy tap.

What you can customize

  • Corner: bottom right is where people expect it; bottom left keeps it clear of other corner widgets like cookie banners.
  • Panel contents: links only is clean; the hours line manages expectations honestly, like We answer Mon-Fri, 9-17, so nobody waits angry.
  • The greeting, icons, and colors adapt to your site automatically, because your AI builds the launcher right inside your own design, bubble and panel both.
