What it does
A contact section that answers the two questions people have before they write: is this the right place to ask, and will anyone actually reply? The left side says who the form is for and how fast you respond; the right side is the form itself. On phones the context stacks first, so the promise gets read before the form.
- The reply promise must be something you actually keep, and it repeats in the thank-you message.
- Typos get flagged gently right at the field.
- A hidden trap quietly filters spam bots.
- Every extra field you skip means more people actually hit send.
- Long messages get a gentle character note only near the limit.
- After sending, the form swaps for a confirmation, nothing jumps.
How it works
- 1Decide whether the left side lists what the form is right for, things like project quotes or partnership ideas, or stays minimal.
- 2Pick the fields: just name, email, and message, or add an optional phone, or a budget dropdown.
- 3Copy the prompt, the instructions your AI needs all in one block, into whichever AI you use.
- 4Write a reply-time promise into the marked spot, one you truly keep.
- 5Connect the send action to wherever your messages should land, at the other marked spot.
- 6Send a test: a bad email should get flagged inline, a good one should swap the form for a confirmation repeating your reply promise.
What you can customize
- Qualifying bullets: yes filters mismatched requests before they're written; no keeps the left side to a simple invitation and the reply promise.
- Fields: basic converts best because it asks least; phone is clearly optional so nobody bails; budget adds a dropdown with a Not sure yet choice.
- Colors, spacing, and wording adapt to your site automatically, because your AI builds the section right inside your own design.
